Jen’s Workshops

I offer a programme of eating disorder workshops to support young people, parents, teachers and sporting organisations. Find the workshop you need and book with JenUp today.

One of the the things that drove me to create JenUp was a desire to educate a wide range of audiences about eating disorders – partly, to bring about early prevention, and partly to create a fuller, more holistic understanding about wellbeing.

Apart from delivering talks, I knew I wanted to run workshops – so there could be greater scope for interaction, for answering questions, and for deepening my own understanding of what will be most valuable to young people, teachers and parents… so I can further develop what we offer through JenUp, and spread some much-needed wisdom in different corners of the community.

While each workshop has been designed with a particular audience in mind, please know that each can also be adapted. (For example, a workshop for young people can be tailored for parents or teachers.)
